It is the duty of Muslims to make shukr for the given favours. And it is from Adab to make shukr and praise. The biggest Adab we must show is to make shukr for things given by Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla, for our every breath and our every minute, as this is the way of truth. May Allāh bless these days Insha Allah.
Those who are in ḥajj completed their ḥajj today shukr to Allāh. And for those who are not in ḥajj, it brings great benefit to make qurbān as it is wājib for Ḥanafīs. Other madhhabs do it as sunnah mu’akkadah that our Holy Prophet did. It is because our Holy Prophet ṣalláLlāhu ‘alayhi wasallam told SayyidatināFāṭima to make qurbān as it is told in ḥadīth. For every drop of blood that flows out all your sins are forgiven. And you attain thawab as much as its hair. It has a lot of virtue. Allāh has given this as thawāb to people and to those who are in need.
However, shayṭān doesn`t sit still. He says “You are slaughtering animals. You are killing so many animals“. We are slaughtering them. But what we slaughter as Muslims in a year, they slaughter as much in a day. They`ve become flesh eaters themselves, but that of Muslims offends their eye. They have swollen from eating meat themselves. Poor people eat from what we slaughter. And poor ones either eat it once a year, or not at all. Therefore, shayṭan doesn`t sit still. He wants all kinds of badness. He doesn`t want any help to poor people.
Therefore, some Muslim people fall under his influence and question this. Questioning this is a sin. It is the barakah of Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla. Animals become more when they are slaughtered. And it is a good thing for the animal which is slaughtered. That animal wants this. When all the animals are slaughtered as wājib on this ‘Īd they feel great joy. Don`t say animals don`t feel joy. They do rejoice. It is a great luck for them to be slaughtered for the pleasure of Allāh.
Therefore, some people go against Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla without realizing it. Who don`t accept this have doubt in their īmān, may Allāhprotect

us. May Allāh protect Muslims from the evil and waswasa of shayṭān. Everything ordered, everything created is by the order of Allāh. Do it. Don`t doubt at all so that Allāh gives you thawāb and accepts your deed Insha Allah. May Allāh let us reach many more years.

Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem: “Annamā l-ḥayātu d-dunyā laʿibun walahwun wazīnatun wa-tafākhurun baynakum wa-takāthurun fī lamwāliwa-l-awlād”. “Know that the life of this world is only play and amusement, pomp and mutual boasting among you, multiplying, (in rivalry) among yourselves, riches and children.” (Qur’an 57:20).
Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla says the life of Dunyā is play and amusement, multiplying and boasting. “I am better than you. You are lower than me.” “Put on airs”, they say in Turkish. And most people know Dunyā as entertainment and amusement. On top of that, he thinks he is something, and he is superior to someone else. This is not an acceptable attribute. Because Allāh knows. Allāh is All-Knowing. Whatever you have done, whatever you are doing nothing is hidden from Him. That’s why, you don’t gain anything from bragging and thinking you are something.
Mankind must know his limits. Because when he exceeds his limits, he harms himself. He stays under his own burden and is crushed. Eventually, because everything is in the Hand of Allāh, Allāh will show everything to people at the Time of Reckoning. Allāh‘Azza wa-Jalla will bring everyone to account.Therefore, there are many ignorant people in Dunyā. Don’t be like them. Don’t act like them. Be from the beloved people of Allāh. The beloved people of Allāh know that Allāh‘Azza wa-

Jalla is with them every second and all the time. Allāh will give them rewards for their deeds. Allāh‘Azza wa-Jalla will give them.
It is of no benefit for the people to admire, love or value you. What’s beneficial is the value from Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla . It is Allah who gives you value. It is He who gives it. If you do as He wants, you will have value. Value in the sight of Allāh‘Azza wa-Jalla is what’s important. Value in Dunyā is nothing. Do not trust anyone. They value you and love you one day, they like you one day, and the next day they humiliate you, insult and curse you. Theirs is not value.
Value is if Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla loves you, your value will exist forever in the sight of Allāh. You become as He wants. May Allāh make us all do as He wants. Not as people want, not as their egos want. May He protect us from their liking.
What most people like is not the good thing anyway. May Allāh protect us.

Shukr to Allāh, our old traditions are the traditions of love for our Holy Prophet, love of Islām. All traditions of the old people are like this. Everything was for the pleasure of Allāh. Therefore, it is our duty to keep what they did. We shouldn`t let them be forgotten. Who lets them be forgotten has gone astray.
Shukr to Allāh, may Allāh bless it, it is the third day of ‘Īdu l-Aḍḥá today. An old tradition in Cyprus, that Mawlānā Shaykh Nāẓim used to follow, is going to Sulṭān here on the third day of ‘Īd. Who is Sulṭān? Hala Sultan. Hala Sultan who is the Sulṭān of ākhirah. They used to visit her on the third day. Her blessing is taken and ‘Īd is then complete.
Therefore, shukr to Allāh for Allāh is giving us this chance to follow this blessed tradition. We haven`t been able to go for years. It was closed. We did not go. But nowadays this chance is given to visit her, to visit awliyā’, ṣaḥābah and prophets. Barakah and mercy descend on their graves and mercy comes to those who visit them. Do not listen to new people. They say visiting graves is wrong. Our Holy Prophet used to visit graves. And he advised this. There are ḥadīth. It is something that was always done. And it is the work of shayṭān so that people don`t attain the rewards. He whispers in the ears of people and says it is wrong to visit graves and this and that. Where were you? and 100 years ago are on this way. There have been deviants just like always. They don`t show respect. There were people who didn`t respect our Holy Prophet, his ahlu l-bayt and ṣaḥābah. But they were shaken every time and got scattered like dust. However they got scattered, they got scattered over Islām.
Therefore, wherever there is ziyārah and a maqām, they should be visited to get their blessing. Qur’ān should be read, and all kinds of favours are given. Their virtue and blessing will come to you, Insha Allah. We do it for the pleasure of Allāh. We don`t worship them. We go to the beloved servants of Allāh. Mercy that comes down to them will come to you as well, with the permission of Allāh.
Alḥamdulilah, we are thanking Allāh for these days also. We are in ‘Īdu l-Aḍḥá, third day. There is old custom, old people they was doing. They have many customs, many traditions they were doing. Alhamdulilah, we are all our tradition according to Sunnah and Qur’ān and Prophet ṣalláLlāhu‘alayhi wa-sallam, good people. What they was doing since old time, this tradition coming until now. We are, Alhamdulilah, especially for Cyprus island, they were visiting Sulṭān.
Who is Sulṭān? Sulṭān, Hala Sultan. She is Sulṭān of our island. The third day of ‘Īdu l-Aḍḥá, they was going there making food, eating, and reading Qur’ān, and get blessing from this holy Khālah, auntie. We say Hala meaning auntie, our Sulṭān auntie.
You can, they was doing this and they get blessed. And no problem to visit grave, graveyard. It is blessed because this area where they are buried, the shower of mercy, shower of blessing, Allāh showering them. So you are going there, you get this also. Don`t listen to this people who are not knowing anything and they said this is not – Prophet forbid this. Never forbidden. Prophet ṣalláLlāhu‘alayhi wa-sallam he was encouraging and he was visiting graveyard, reading. All ṣaḥābah they were doing this. But now, this shayṭān, he`s not happy for people to get blessed from Allāh. He said make people to be not sure for this. But, Alham-

dulilah, who are following ṭarīqah, following real Islām, they know this is some chance, some luck for people who they have this people in their land.
So, we are also in this island, we are visiting her. Insha Allah, we will visit now after ṣuḥbah. For this we are making short ṣuḥbah but it`s important for people to know this. Everywhere where they have graveyard of prophets or ṣaḥābah or ahlu l-bayt or awliyā’uLlāh, they may visit to get blessing because we are not worshipping graveyard. We are worshipping Allāh‘Azza wa-Jalla and Allāh‘Azza wa-Jalla love these people and shower this for people. For this we going, reading Qur’ān, reading, praying.
Allāh, for the sake of these people, accept our prayer. Allāh make them higher and higher, Insha Allah, to we love them, to make us with them, Insha Allah.

Our Holy Prophet sallaLlāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam says that richness is not an abundance of wealth and possessions. This is not richness. Richness is in controlling the ego. The person who controls his ego is the rich one.
Richness – a man has wealth as much as this world and he still wants more on top of it. He wants for himself without giving anything to anyone else, even to the poor. On the other hand, a person whose soul is rich, even with little, does not look down on anything. Whatever he finds is enough. This is the rich one. He doesn`t need anyone. Otherwise, he will be all the time not satisfied with what he has, and not happy with what he has. He chases after dunyā greedily all the time for more things. He chases after dunyā. And while chasing after dunyā, he does not recognise the rights of others. He recognises neither the rights of servants, nor the rights of Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla. He attacks all kinds of things like “a hungry wolf“ they say.
Otherwise, even if he has a little, he doesn`t need anyone. Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla gives him what is enough for him from provision, gives him peace, and is pleased with him because of his beautiful state.
Otherwise, a person who goes after dunyā, Allāhis not pleased with him because he forgets Allāh. What is important is that our richness is the

pleasure of Allāh. When Allāh is pleased with us, this is our greatest richness. It is an eternal richness. Dunyā does not remain with anyone. The person who chases after this dunyā and ruins and destroys himself for dunyā, will eventually also leave it and go. At that time, those who have rights on him will follow him to ākhirah. If he did not ask for forgiveness from Allāh, he will also have to account for it. This means there is neither comfort in dunyā nor comfort in ākhirah. Therefore, let your soul be rich. Don`t be in need of anyone. Don`t disgrace yourself to anyone. Don`t run after dunyā. Whatever your provision is in dunyā, Allāh‘Azza wa-Jalla sends it. The person who knows this, is a rich one.
May Allāh make us from them, Insha Allah.
Prophet ṣalláLlāhu‘alayhi wa-sallam saying, to be richness... We read this in his ḥadīth, Prophet ṣalláLlāhu‘alayhi wa-sallam, richness not with lot of things, lot of money, lot of car, lot of house, lot of land, anything. This is not richness. The richness – to be control your ego. Who control his ego, he is rich one. We see people, rich people, everywhere we see. Don`t think they are rich. Not controlling their ego, not controlling themselves, they are not rich. Because, whole time, if they have a lot of things, they still running after material, after dunyā. They want this. They want that. They want more and they want more and more and more and they are not looking from where they are getting this, from where, from whom [they`re] taking. Not looking for right of Allāh, right of people. They are only running after dunyā for themselves. They forget ākhirah, not remembering ākhirah.
For this, Prophet ṣalláLlāhu‘alayhi wa-sallam saying, this not richness. This is only tiring themselves and they`re forgetting, not enjoying from anything, just enjoying to run after dunyā. But the real richness is [with] what Allāh gave them. Not running after dunyā. If Allāh send them, open for them some way to for rizq (provision), they are happy, if a lot or small. It is, for them, happiness. It is coming from Allāh. They are remembering this is not from ourselves, [but] from Allāh ‘Azza waJalla and they are happy with this. This is real happiness, real richness which

most of people, not looking for this. They thought by their running after dunyā, they can be more happy. No. If you are only for dunyā, running after dunyā, you will never be happy. But if you are working and Allāh open for you and [you] doing good thing, you will be happy here and hereafter.
Because, who running, not looking for, not giving right, not giving zakāt or what Allāh order, for this, in ākhirah, there will be nothing for them. They will leave everything here and going to ākhirah. Only what they will do? They must give what you done here. You will [be] asked there, “What you do with this?“ This only they get. Not getting their thing, their money, their gold with them. Only the accounting – “What you done with this, what you do with that?“ And you, “I left them there.“ But you left them there, you take them from, not giving their what you must give for them. Just taking like this and you thought you will be happy. Now, you will be double not happy, double miserable for you. Because, you left this and on top of this, you have debt for Allāh, for poor people.
But who is with Allāh, he is not looking for dunyā, only for ākhirah, what they ask from him, he will be ready for this and Allāh will be happy with him. This is most important thing – to be happy with Allāh and Allāh happy with you. This is the real richness. Not... You can have, no problem, millions billions, but if Allāh happy with you, you will be also happy. But, if you have billions and Allāh not happy with you, no any benefit for this.
Allāh help us and to not forget every minute Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla. Everything we do, asking from Him to help us, to be win on our ego, to make our ego on way of Allāh‘Azza waJalla.

The most important thing in this world is being on the way of Allāh. When you are on the way of Allāh, your duty ends only when you pass away from this world. While in this world, you must do what Allāh orders all the time. Islām is the religion of nature. It is the religion that suits the nature of people.
Therefore, praying five times a day just like you eat and drink, just like you breathe, it is the necessary food for people. It is the spiritual food. People are not counted as people without it. The ranks of people increase with worship. When they leave worship, their ranks decrease. They join the category of the four-legged animals. And there are people who fall even lower.People living in present time do not accept this favour and high ranks given to them by Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla. They say, “No, we don`t want it. We will do whatever we want“. When they do so, they become faulty. They become faulty day by day and get worse. Therefore, we start teaching children how to pray when they are seven years old. More when they are ten. When they are mature, it becomes farḍ. They become accountable for it, or Allāh‘Azza wa-Jalla will make them pay on the day of judgment. Their account is in the presence of Allāh. Doing this while in this world brings great benefit to people. They say no one does more badness than people do to themselves. This is it. You don`t do it while you are free and have the opportunity. And

when it is postponed to ākhirah, they will make you do it in a much more difficult way.
Therefore, spirituality is more important than materiality. People have indulged themselves in materiality 100% now. There is not even 1% spirituality in people. And then they complain, “Why is this so? Why is that so?“ If you tell them their fault, they don`t accept it. Therefore, not much is told in this time, because if you tell them, they may commit more sins. So we stay patient and say we don`t accept it in our heart. When we don`t accept it, we have the weakest state of īmān. But there is nothing else we can do. As we are living in the end of times, the condition is as so.When you say, “Most people are like this. Look at the people, everyone is doing so. So I will do so too“, those people will give their account, so will you. If you separate yourself from them, you`ll be saved. But if you go their way, you will be dragged too. May Allāh not let that happen, the way will be to hell. May Allāh protect us.
Therefore, as we said, we must carry out the orders of Allāh ‘Azza waJalla throughout our lives. It is more important than eating, drinking and sleeping. It is more necessary. It is above materiality. Because materiality takes you up to a point. The rest is for spirituality. If you don`t have spirituality, you are in trouble then. May Allāh protect us.May Allāh not separate us from the right way. May He not give us boredom. Sometimes some people say, “When is the prayer?“ Morning, afternoon and night. “Tomorrow?” Tomorrow too. “After tomorrow?” After tomorrow too. “Until when?” Until you die. “Isn`t it too much?” People eat every day. They drink every day. They sleep every day. It is the same. There is no difference in worship. It is no different than eating, drinking and sleeping. It is the same. We are in need of this even more.
May Allāh help us. May He not let us obey our egos Insha Allah.

Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem: “Wa-yā-qawmimālīadʿūkum ilānnajātiwa-tadʿūnanīilān-nār, tadʿūnanī li akfura bi-llāh”,“And O my people, how is it that I invite you to salvation while you invite me to the Fire? You invite me to disbelieve in Allah.” (Qur’an 40:41,42).
Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla is saying. When someone who believed Mūsā ‘alayhi s-salām from the people of Pharaoh came to Mūsā ‘alayhi ssalām and invited people to īmān and Islām, they didn`t accept that. And when someone close from that community saw the truth and started believing, they harmed him. They said, “What are you doing? Why are you doing such a thing? You are out of the religion. Don`t do this.” But he said to them, “This is the true religion. Follow it. It is the religion of Allāh ‘Azza waJalla. It is the religion of the Prophet. Follow it.” They still said, “No. You leave it.” So he said then it is said in Qur’ān ‘Azīmush-Shān “O my people, I invite you to salvation from hell. I invite you to salvation from a bad ending. I invite you to goodness. But you are doing completely the opposite. The place where you invite me is hell, fire, evil, ugliness and all kinds of uselessness. How are you even inviting to that? You think you are doing goodness to people, whereas you are not doing any good. You are calling me in order for me to be destroyed like you, in order for me to be with you”, the holy man said. He was saved, of course.

This matter is a matter that took place thousands years ago. But it goes on the same way every day. They look badly at people who believe. People who don`t love Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla don`t love these people too. But believers always invite them so that they are saved. They beg them so that their end is not fire and hell. They strive in order to save them. But those people strive to destroy them.
This matter... How many thousands, millions and billions of people have passed in the same way. Their destination is the same. Their destination is ākhirah, death, reaching the presence of Ḥaqq.
Therefore, people must be careful. Not everyone inviting can be followed. Don`t go out of the right way. The right way is the way of the Prophet, Awliyā’, Ahlu l-Bayt, ṣaḥābah and the way of ṭarīqah. The way is ṭarīqah. Guard it so that you reach salvation. Otherwise, there are thousands, not only thousands but a hundred thousand of fake opinions and people. They strive to make you like them.
May Allāh protect us from their evil.

Our Holy Prophet ṣalláLlāhu‘alayhi wa-sallam says: “Khayrukum man ta‘allama l-Qur’ān wa ‘allamah”, “The best among you is he who learns and teaches the Qur’ān.”
The best of you is the one who learns and teaches the Qur’ān, he says. Now when it is summer time, children go from their schools to the mosque to learn the Qur’ān. People are sending them, but not as much as they used to before.
So, today or tomorrow, with Allāh’s permission, they will start giving Qur’ān lessons in mosques. Even one day is better than what they study the whole year. Even one hour is better than all they read. Because they are reading the word of Allāh‘Azza wa-Jalla. Along with that word, light descends to their hearts. It becomes a means for goodness.
Everything done for the sake of Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla is good for people. Whatever they study, they should not forget Allāh `Azza wa-Jalla. In order for the knowledgethey studied to be means for goodness, it should be studied with that intention.
Because children’s schools are bad. “We pay this much, we pay that much.” People don’t know anything but to give money. “Let my son

study too, let my daughter get a diploma.” We don`t know what they’ll do with the diploma. People are obsessed with the diploma. They are not thinking of anything else. They do not think about the ākhirah.
Here, Qur’ān courses are opened. A few children go there. May Allāh be pleased with them. Even if it is for about a month, still there are many shaytans disturbed by what they have learned. Because what they learn is the way of Allāh. They teach the word of Allāh. But they teach the way of shaytan, theword of shaytan. Of course, they don`t want that. But for goodness, it is a great necessity, a great benefit for human beings, young and old, to learn the Qur’ān.
Therefore, it is not difficult. Because sixty or seventy years ago, or even more, they changed the alphabet of the Qur’ān. “It is very difficult. People cannot read it.” However, everyone was reading it. They made everyone ignorant overnight. They cannot read Latin letters. But there is no difficulty. People have been reading it for years. They learn all kinds of languages. They learn Chinese, Tut, Japanese and I don`t know what. They know everything. When it comes to the word of the Qur’ān, it is very difficult to read it.
However, with the permission of Allāh, a person can read in a week if he makes an effort. If he couldn`t read in a week, he can read in a month. Here they’re teaching children to read in a month. If not one month, then in two months, five months, one year, one can easily read.
When you read, Allāh writes thousands of Thawāb for each letter and gives thousands of rewards. In Qur’ān ‘Azīmush-Shān there are all kinds of goodness, Shifā, Barakāh, light and Imān. Every beauty is in it. It is the word of Allāh. It is the most precious thing. It is the best and the most beautiful of what is given to people as a gift from Allāh‘Azza waJalla. There is nothing more beautiful than it in dunyā.

May Allah make it Mubarak. The holy Eid ul-Adha and the feast of Hajjis have passed. May both be of Barakah and goodness. The worship performed is a great worship. Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla gave it to us, to Ummati Muhammad as a gift. This performed worship is not for difficulty. Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla gave it as a gift for our benefit. It is given to people and Jinns.
People and Jinns are creatures that will be questioned in Akhirah. Their worship is َgiven by Allah as a favor to them . All of the other creatures make Tasbih of Allah “Wa `In Min Shay`in `Illā Yusabbiĥu Biĥamdihi”, “And there is not a thing except that it exalts [Allah] by His praise.” (Qur’an 17:44). They do Tasbih wherever they are. But for the rest, for people and Jinns, it is Fard to perform worship. We must know this.

It is the duty of Muslims to make shukr for the given favours. And it is from Adab to make shukr and praise. The biggest Adab we must show is to make shukr for things given by Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla, for our every breath and our every minute, as this is the way of truth. May Allāh bless these days Insha Allah.
Those who are in ḥajj completed their ḥajj today shukr to Allāh. And for those who are not in ḥajj, it brings great benefit to make qurbān as it is wājib for Ḥanafīs. Other madhhabs do it as sunnah mu’akkadah that our Holy Prophet did. It is because our Holy Prophet ṣalláLlāhu ‘alayhi wasallam told SayyidatināFāṭima to make qurbān as it is told in ḥadīth. For every drop of blood that flows out all your sins are forgiven. And you attain thawab as much as its hair. It has a lot of virtue. Allāh has given this as thawāb to people and to those who are in need.
However, shayṭān doesn`t sit still. He says “You are slaughtering animals. You are killing so many animals“. We are slaughtering them. But what we slaughter as Muslims in a year, they slaughter as much in a day. They`ve become flesh eaters themselves, but that of Muslims offends their eye. They have swollen from eating meat themselves. Poor people eat from what we slaughter. And poor ones either eat it once a year, or not at all. Therefore, shayṭan doesn`t sit still. He wants all kinds of badness. He doesn`t want any help to poor people.
Therefore, some Muslim people fall under his influence and question this. Questioning this is a sin. It is the barakah of Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla. Animals become more when they are slaughtered. And it is a good thing for the animal which is slaughtered. That animal wants this. When all the animals are slaughtered as wājib on this ‘Īd they feel great joy. Don`t say animals don`t feel joy. They do rejoice. It is a great luck for them to be slaughtered for the pleasure of Allāh.
Therefore, some people go against Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla without realizing it. Who don`t accept this have doubt in their īmān, may Allāhprotect

us. May Allāh protect Muslims from the evil and waswasa of shayṭān. Everything ordered, everything created is by the order of Allāh. Do it. Don`t doubt at all so that Allāh gives you thawāb and accepts your deed Insha Allah. May Allāh let us reach many more years.

Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem: “Annamā l-ḥayātu d-dunyā laʿibun walahwun wazīnatun wa-tafākhurun baynakum wa-takāthurun fī lamwāliwa-l-awlād”. “Know that the life of this world is only play and amusement, pomp and mutual boasting among you, multiplying, (in rivalry) among yourselves, riches and children.” (Qur’an 57:20).
Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla says the life of Dunyā is play and amusement, multiplying and boasting. “I am better than you. You are lower than me.” “Put on airs”, they say in Turkish. And most people know Dunyā as entertainment and amusement. On top of that, he thinks he is something, and he is superior to someone else. This is not an acceptable attribute. Because Allāh knows. Allāh is All-Knowing. Whatever you have done, whatever you are doing nothing is hidden from Him. That’s why, you don’t gain anything from bragging and thinking you are something.
Mankind must know his limits. Because when he exceeds his limits, he harms himself. He stays under his own burden and is crushed. Eventually, because everything is in the Hand of Allāh, Allāh will show everything to people at the Time of Reckoning. Allāh‘Azza wa-Jalla will bring everyone to account.Therefore, there are many ignorant people in Dunyā. Don’t be like them. Don’t act like them. Be from the beloved people of Allāh. The beloved people of Allāh know that Allāh‘Azza wa-

Jalla is with them every second and all the time. Allāh will give them rewards for their deeds. Allāh‘Azza wa-Jalla will give them.
It is of no benefit for the people to admire, love or value you. What’s beneficial is the value from Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla . It is Allah who gives you value. It is He who gives it. If you do as He wants, you will have value. Value in the sight of Allāh‘Azza wa-Jalla is what’s important. Value in Dunyā is nothing. Do not trust anyone. They value you and love you one day, they like you one day, and the next day they humiliate you, insult and curse you. Theirs is not value.
Value is if Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla loves you, your value will exist forever in the sight of Allāh. You become as He wants. May Allāh make us all do as He wants. Not as people want, not as their egos want. May He protect us from their liking.
What most people like is not the good thing anyway. May Allāh protect us.

Shukr to Allāh, our old traditions are the traditions of love for our Holy Prophet, love of Islām. All traditions of the old people are like this. Everything was for the pleasure of Allāh. Therefore, it is our duty to keep what they did. We shouldn`t let them be forgotten. Who lets them be forgotten has gone astray.
Shukr to Allāh, may Allāh bless it, it is the third day of ‘Īdu l-Aḍḥá today. An old tradition in Cyprus, that Mawlānā Shaykh Nāẓim used to follow, is going to Sulṭān here on the third day of ‘Īd. Who is Sulṭān? Hala Sultan. Hala Sultan who is the Sulṭān of ākhirah. They used to visit her on the third day. Her blessing is taken and ‘Īd is then complete.
Therefore, shukr to Allāh for Allāh is giving us this chance to follow this blessed tradition. We haven`t been able to go for years. It was closed. We did not go. But nowadays this chance is given to visit her, to visit awliyā’, ṣaḥābah and prophets. Barakah and mercy descend on their graves and mercy comes to those who visit them. Do not listen to new people. They say visiting graves is wrong. Our Holy Prophet used to visit graves. And he advised this. There are ḥadīth. It is something that was always done. And it is the work of shayṭān so that people don`t attain the rewards. He whispers in the ears of people and says it is wrong to visit graves and this and that. Where were you? and 100 years ago are on this way. There have been deviants just like always. They don`t show respect. There were people who didn`t respect our Holy Prophet, his ahlu l-bayt and ṣaḥābah. But they were shaken every time and got scattered like dust. However they got scattered, they got scattered over Islām.
Therefore, wherever there is ziyārah and a maqām, they should be visited to get their blessing. Qur’ān should be read, and all kinds of favours are given. Their virtue and blessing will come to you, Insha Allah. We do it for the pleasure of Allāh. We don`t worship them. We go to the beloved servants of Allāh. Mercy that comes down to them will come to you as well, with the permission of Allāh.
Alḥamdulilah, we are thanking Allāh for these days also. We are in ‘Īdu l-Aḍḥá, third day. There is old custom, old people they was doing. They have many customs, many traditions they were doing. Alhamdulilah, we are all our tradition according to Sunnah and Qur’ān and Prophet ṣalláLlāhu‘alayhi wa-sallam, good people. What they was doing since old time, this tradition coming until now. We are, Alhamdulilah, especially for Cyprus island, they were visiting Sulṭān.
Who is Sulṭān? Sulṭān, Hala Sultan. She is Sulṭān of our island. The third day of ‘Īdu l-Aḍḥá, they was going there making food, eating, and reading Qur’ān, and get blessing from this holy Khālah, auntie. We say Hala meaning auntie, our Sulṭān auntie.
You can, they was doing this and they get blessed. And no problem to visit grave, graveyard. It is blessed because this area where they are buried, the shower of mercy, shower of blessing, Allāh showering them. So you are going there, you get this also. Don`t listen to this people who are not knowing anything and they said this is not – Prophet forbid this. Never forbidden. Prophet ṣalláLlāhu‘alayhi wa-sallam he was encouraging and he was visiting graveyard, reading. All ṣaḥābah they were doing this. But now, this shayṭān, he`s not happy for people to get blessed from Allāh. He said make people to be not sure for this. But, Alham-

dulilah, who are following ṭarīqah, following real Islām, they know this is some chance, some luck for people who they have this people in their land.
So, we are also in this island, we are visiting her. Insha Allah, we will visit now after ṣuḥbah. For this we are making short ṣuḥbah but it`s important for people to know this. Everywhere where they have graveyard of prophets or ṣaḥābah or ahlu l-bayt or awliyā’uLlāh, they may visit to get blessing because we are not worshipping graveyard. We are worshipping Allāh‘Azza wa-Jalla and Allāh‘Azza wa-Jalla love these people and shower this for people. For this we going, reading Qur’ān, reading, praying.
Allāh, for the sake of these people, accept our prayer. Allāh make them higher and higher, Insha Allah, to we love them, to make us with them, Insha Allah.

Our Holy Prophet sallaLlāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam says that richness is not an abundance of wealth and possessions. This is not richness. Richness is in controlling the ego. The person who controls his ego is the rich one.
Richness – a man has wealth as much as this world and he still wants more on top of it. He wants for himself without giving anything to anyone else, even to the poor. On the other hand, a person whose soul is rich, even with little, does not look down on anything. Whatever he finds is enough. This is the rich one. He doesn`t need anyone. Otherwise, he will be all the time not satisfied with what he has, and not happy with what he has. He chases after dunyā greedily all the time for more things. He chases after dunyā. And while chasing after dunyā, he does not recognise the rights of others. He recognises neither the rights of servants, nor the rights of Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla. He attacks all kinds of things like “a hungry wolf“ they say.
Otherwise, even if he has a little, he doesn`t need anyone. Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla gives him what is enough for him from provision, gives him peace, and is pleased with him because of his beautiful state.
Otherwise, a person who goes after dunyā, Allāhis not pleased with him because he forgets Allāh. What is important is that our richness is the

pleasure of Allāh. When Allāh is pleased with us, this is our greatest richness. It is an eternal richness. Dunyā does not remain with anyone. The person who chases after this dunyā and ruins and destroys himself for dunyā, will eventually also leave it and go. At that time, those who have rights on him will follow him to ākhirah. If he did not ask for forgiveness from Allāh, he will also have to account for it. This means there is neither comfort in dunyā nor comfort in ākhirah. Therefore, let your soul be rich. Don`t be in need of anyone. Don`t disgrace yourself to anyone. Don`t run after dunyā. Whatever your provision is in dunyā, Allāh‘Azza wa-Jalla sends it. The person who knows this, is a rich one.
May Allāh make us from them, Insha Allah.
Prophet ṣalláLlāhu‘alayhi wa-sallam saying, to be richness... We read this in his ḥadīth, Prophet ṣalláLlāhu‘alayhi wa-sallam, richness not with lot of things, lot of money, lot of car, lot of house, lot of land, anything. This is not richness. The richness – to be control your ego. Who control his ego, he is rich one. We see people, rich people, everywhere we see. Don`t think they are rich. Not controlling their ego, not controlling themselves, they are not rich. Because, whole time, if they have a lot of things, they still running after material, after dunyā. They want this. They want that. They want more and they want more and more and more and they are not looking from where they are getting this, from where, from whom [they`re] taking. Not looking for right of Allāh, right of people. They are only running after dunyā for themselves. They forget ākhirah, not remembering ākhirah.
For this, Prophet ṣalláLlāhu‘alayhi wa-sallam saying, this not richness. This is only tiring themselves and they`re forgetting, not enjoying from anything, just enjoying to run after dunyā. But the real richness is [with] what Allāh gave them. Not running after dunyā. If Allāh send them, open for them some way to for rizq (provision), they are happy, if a lot or small. It is, for them, happiness. It is coming from Allāh. They are remembering this is not from ourselves, [but] from Allāh ‘Azza waJalla and they are happy with this. This is real happiness, real richness which

most of people, not looking for this. They thought by their running after dunyā, they can be more happy. No. If you are only for dunyā, running after dunyā, you will never be happy. But if you are working and Allāh open for you and [you] doing good thing, you will be happy here and hereafter.
Because, who running, not looking for, not giving right, not giving zakāt or what Allāh order, for this, in ākhirah, there will be nothing for them. They will leave everything here and going to ākhirah. Only what they will do? They must give what you done here. You will [be] asked there, “What you do with this?“ This only they get. Not getting their thing, their money, their gold with them. Only the accounting – “What you done with this, what you do with that?“ And you, “I left them there.“ But you left them there, you take them from, not giving their what you must give for them. Just taking like this and you thought you will be happy. Now, you will be double not happy, double miserable for you. Because, you left this and on top of this, you have debt for Allāh, for poor people.
But who is with Allāh, he is not looking for dunyā, only for ākhirah, what they ask from him, he will be ready for this and Allāh will be happy with him. This is most important thing – to be happy with Allāh and Allāh happy with you. This is the real richness. Not... You can have, no problem, millions billions, but if Allāh happy with you, you will be also happy. But, if you have billions and Allāh not happy with you, no any benefit for this.
Allāh help us and to not forget every minute Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla. Everything we do, asking from Him to help us, to be win on our ego, to make our ego on way of Allāh‘Azza waJalla.

The most important thing in this world is being on the way of Allāh. When you are on the way of Allāh, your duty ends only when you pass away from this world. While in this world, you must do what Allāh orders all the time. Islām is the religion of nature. It is the religion that suits the nature of people.
Therefore, praying five times a day just like you eat and drink, just like you breathe, it is the necessary food for people. It is the spiritual food. People are not counted as people without it. The ranks of people increase with worship. When they leave worship, their ranks decrease. They join the category of the four-legged animals. And there are people who fall even lower.People living in present time do not accept this favour and high ranks given to them by Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla. They say, “No, we don`t want it. We will do whatever we want“. When they do so, they become faulty. They become faulty day by day and get worse. Therefore, we start teaching children how to pray when they are seven years old. More when they are ten. When they are mature, it becomes farḍ. They become accountable for it, or Allāh‘Azza wa-Jalla will make them pay on the day of judgment. Their account is in the presence of Allāh. Doing this while in this world brings great benefit to people. They say no one does more badness than people do to themselves. This is it. You don`t do it while you are free and have the opportunity. And

when it is postponed to ākhirah, they will make you do it in a much more difficult way.
Therefore, spirituality is more important than materiality. People have indulged themselves in materiality 100% now. There is not even 1% spirituality in people. And then they complain, “Why is this so? Why is that so?“ If you tell them their fault, they don`t accept it. Therefore, not much is told in this time, because if you tell them, they may commit more sins. So we stay patient and say we don`t accept it in our heart. When we don`t accept it, we have the weakest state of īmān. But there is nothing else we can do. As we are living in the end of times, the condition is as so.When you say, “Most people are like this. Look at the people, everyone is doing so. So I will do so too“, those people will give their account, so will you. If you separate yourself from them, you`ll be saved. But if you go their way, you will be dragged too. May Allāh not let that happen, the way will be to hell. May Allāh protect us.
Therefore, as we said, we must carry out the orders of Allāh ‘Azza waJalla throughout our lives. It is more important than eating, drinking and sleeping. It is more necessary. It is above materiality. Because materiality takes you up to a point. The rest is for spirituality. If you don`t have spirituality, you are in trouble then. May Allāh protect us.May Allāh not separate us from the right way. May He not give us boredom. Sometimes some people say, “When is the prayer?“ Morning, afternoon and night. “Tomorrow?” Tomorrow too. “After tomorrow?” After tomorrow too. “Until when?” Until you die. “Isn`t it too much?” People eat every day. They drink every day. They sleep every day. It is the same. There is no difference in worship. It is no different than eating, drinking and sleeping. It is the same. We are in need of this even more.
May Allāh help us. May He not let us obey our egos Insha Allah.

Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem: “Wa-yā-qawmimālīadʿūkum ilānnajātiwa-tadʿūnanīilān-nār, tadʿūnanī li akfura bi-llāh”,“And O my people, how is it that I invite you to salvation while you invite me to the Fire? You invite me to disbelieve in Allah.” (Qur’an 40:41,42).
Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla is saying. When someone who believed Mūsā ‘alayhi s-salām from the people of Pharaoh came to Mūsā ‘alayhi ssalām and invited people to īmān and Islām, they didn`t accept that. And when someone close from that community saw the truth and started believing, they harmed him. They said, “What are you doing? Why are you doing such a thing? You are out of the religion. Don`t do this.” But he said to them, “This is the true religion. Follow it. It is the religion of Allāh ‘Azza waJalla. It is the religion of the Prophet. Follow it.” They still said, “No. You leave it.” So he said then it is said in Qur’ān ‘Azīmush-Shān “O my people, I invite you to salvation from hell. I invite you to salvation from a bad ending. I invite you to goodness. But you are doing completely the opposite. The place where you invite me is hell, fire, evil, ugliness and all kinds of uselessness. How are you even inviting to that? You think you are doing goodness to people, whereas you are not doing any good. You are calling me in order for me to be destroyed like you, in order for me to be with you”, the holy man said. He was saved, of course.

This matter is a matter that took place thousands years ago. But it goes on the same way every day. They look badly at people who believe. People who don`t love Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla don`t love these people too. But believers always invite them so that they are saved. They beg them so that their end is not fire and hell. They strive in order to save them. But those people strive to destroy them.
This matter... How many thousands, millions and billions of people have passed in the same way. Their destination is the same. Their destination is ākhirah, death, reaching the presence of Ḥaqq.
Therefore, people must be careful. Not everyone inviting can be followed. Don`t go out of the right way. The right way is the way of the Prophet, Awliyā’, Ahlu l-Bayt, ṣaḥābah and the way of ṭarīqah. The way is ṭarīqah. Guard it so that you reach salvation. Otherwise, there are thousands, not only thousands but a hundred thousand of fake opinions and people. They strive to make you like them.
May Allāh protect us from their evil.

Our Holy Prophet ṣalláLlāhu‘alayhi wa-sallam says: “Khayrukum man ta‘allama l-Qur’ān wa ‘allamah”, “The best among you is he who learns and teaches the Qur’ān.”
The best of you is the one who learns and teaches the Qur’ān, he says. Now when it is summer time, children go from their schools to the mosque to learn the Qur’ān. People are sending them, but not as much as they used to before.
So, today or tomorrow, with Allāh’s permission, they will start giving Qur’ān lessons in mosques. Even one day is better than what they study the whole year. Even one hour is better than all they read. Because they are reading the word of Allāh‘Azza wa-Jalla. Along with that word, light descends to their hearts. It becomes a means for goodness.
Everything done for the sake of Allāh ‘Azza wa-Jalla is good for people. Whatever they study, they should not forget Allāh `Azza wa-Jalla. In order for the knowledgethey studied to be means for goodness, it should be studied with that intention.
Because children’s schools are bad. “We pay this much, we pay that much.” People don’t know anything but to give money. “Let my son

study too, let my daughter get a diploma.” We don`t know what they’ll do with the diploma. People are obsessed with the diploma. They are not thinking of anything else. They do not think about the ākhirah.
Here, Qur’ān courses are opened. A few children go there. May Allāh be pleased with them. Even if it is for about a month, still there are many shaytans disturbed by what they have learned. Because what they learn is the way of Allāh. They teach the word of Allāh. But they teach the way of shaytan, theword of shaytan. Of course, they don`t want that. But for goodness, it is a great necessity, a great benefit for human beings, young and old, to learn the Qur’ān.
Therefore, it is not difficult. Because sixty or seventy years ago, or even more, they changed the alphabet of the Qur’ān. “It is very difficult. People cannot read it.” However, everyone was reading it. They made everyone ignorant overnight. They cannot read Latin letters. But there is no difficulty. People have been reading it for years. They learn all kinds of languages. They learn Chinese, Tut, Japanese and I don`t know what. They know everything. When it comes to the word of the Qur’ān, it is very difficult to read it.
However, with the permission of Allāh, a person can read in a week if he makes an effort. If he couldn`t read in a week, he can read in a month. Here they’re teaching children to read in a month. If not one month, then in two months, five months, one year, one can easily read.
When you read, Allāh writes thousands of Thawāb for each letter and gives thousands of rewards. In Qur’ān ‘Azīmush-Shān there are all kinds of goodness, Shifā, Barakāh, light and Imān. Every beauty is in it. It is the word of Allāh. It is the most precious thing. It is the best and the most beautiful of what is given to people as a gift from Allāh‘Azza waJalla. There is nothing more beautiful than it in dunyā.
People are not aware of it. Those who are aware are only a few. May Allāh increase them Insha Allah. It will give clarity of mind to those

who read it. May it be means for goodness. Because they most probably start today or tomorrow. This will be a beautiful education and training Insha Allahto people. May it be beneficial for the children Insha Allah.
May they be beneficial for this country, the Ummāh and Islam Insha Allah.

LOADED WITH SINS OR REWARDS Friday, 7 July 2023 / 19 Dhul Hijjah 1444 Fajr Prayer, Akbaba Dergah.
Assalamu Alaykum wa Rahmatullah wa Barakatuh, Auzu Billahi Minashaytanir Rajeem.. Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem, Wassalatu Wassalamu ala Rasulina Muhammadin Sayyidal Awwalin wal Akhirin, Madad Ya RasulAllah, Madad Ya As’habi RasulAllah, Madad Ya Mashayikhina, Shaykh Abdullah Daghestani, Shaykh Nazim Al-Haqqani. Dastur. Tariqatunas sohba, wakhayru fil jamiyya.
May Allah make it Mubarak. The holy Eid ul-Adha and the feast of Hajjis have passed. May both be of Barakah and goodness. The worship performed is a great worship. Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla gave it to us, to Ummati Muhammad as a gift. This performed worship is not for difficulty. Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla gave it as a gift for our benefit. It is given to people and Jinns.
People and Jinns are creatures that will be questioned in Akhirah. Their worship is َgiven by Allah as a favor to them . All of the other creatures make Tasbih of Allah “Wa `In Min Shay`in `Illā Yusabbiĥu Biĥamdihi”, “And there is not a thing except that it exalts [Allah] by His praise.” (Qur’an 17:44). They do Tasbih wherever they are. But for the rest, for people and Jinns, it is Fard to perform worship. We must know this.
