Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem:”Quli r-Rūĥu Min `Amri Rabbī’’. “The soul is by command of my Lord.’‘ (Qur’ān 17:85). The soul is a secret among the secrets of Allah, says Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla in Qur’an ‘Azimush-Shan. What is a soul? Only Allah knows what it is.
Allah created souls and everyone has a soul. The soul is for living creatures and people. No need to look into how it is. However, its duty in this world is when Allah blows it into the body of a person while in the mother’s womb after 40 days, it stays with him until he dies. And then this soul is captured. Azra’il‘alayhi s-salam takes it. Based on the deeds everyone did: if they belong to hell, all souls wait in hell until their owners come. If they belong to paradise, the souls wander in paradise. It is like this.
There are silly people now who want to interfere in everything they know and don’t know. Also, there is a group who says that the soul leaves a person and enters another one. They call it reincarnation or something strange. There is not such a thing. Allah ‘Azza waJalla is not in need to place them from one to another.When the soul comes back on Judgment Day, it remains in the body forever either in paradise or in hell. Therefore, saying: “It will leave you and enter an ant. It will leave the ant and enter a rabbit. And it will enter a human after the rabbit”

and so on, there is not such a thing. It is impossible logically as well. There are billions of people. If it was so, that wouldn’t be enough.
The soul is a secret among the secrets of Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla. As we said, when Allah created us and gave us a soul, its duty lasts forever. It will leave us for some time after we die. And after the resurrection, the same soul will be given back and will stay in the same body. It will be brought back to life from earth. It will be questioned. And then they will be together forever.
May Allah make our souls from those of paradise, because the soul will be questioned equally for the badness people do. And it will be punished. May Allah protect us. May Allah protect us and not separate us from Iman.
People nowadays think these things are simple. They say things as they like, “No, I accept this. I don’t accept that. I want this. I don’t want that”. This is not up to your pleasure. It is the order of Allah ‘Azza waJalla. He does as He likes. And He doesn’t do what He doesn’t like.
Yet, they say our souls enter animals and so on. Apart from that, even animals don’t like what people nowadays do. And they are so happy with their condition, they say “Fortunately, Allah didn’t create us as humans and we didn’t go on these silly ways.” Even they are happy with their states.
May Allah give guidance to people Insha Allah. And may He give us strong Iman.

Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla is saying to our Holy Prophet: ‘‘Law ‘Anfaqta MāFī l-‘Ardi Jamī`āan Mā‘Allafta Bayna Qulūbihim waLakinnaAllaha AllafaBaynahum’’. ‘‘If you had spent all that is in the earth, you could not have brought their hearts together; but Allah brought them together.”(Qur’ān 08:63). SadaqaLlāhu l-‘Aẓīm.
Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla put love between the Sahabah. He gave that love so that they support each other. He leaned their hearts towards each other, says Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla. This is something that cannot be obtained with money.
Building is difficult but destroying is easy. As it is the end of times now, a lot of Fitnah appears. As if people, Muslims have overcome everything and become perfect, they say regarding the events of old times “Why did it happen like this? Why did this one become Khalifa? Why did not that one become one? How is that?” This Fitnah of the end of times is everywhere. We hear this in all Muslim countries. They have brought this up.
Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla wanted that, so it happened. A person with Iman must know this. It is not your business. It is the will of Allah Had Allah not wanted it, it would not have happened. It is like this, in short. A

person who says he is Muslim or Mu’min must say so.No need to make Fitnah about old events. Muslims are messy and against each other enough. Muslims have become enemies to each other and a community that doesn’t love each other. In addition to this, they bring up these matters. These are useless matters, worthless matters. It is the will of Allah. Allah surely wanted it this way. Everything happens by the will of Allah. Nothing happens outside the will of Allah. Our Holy Prophet sallaLlāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam has said, “The best time is my time. Then, the time after my time. Then, the time after it.” This time is the century: 1st century and 2nd century. Afterwards, there is destruction. Therefore, things that happened in those centuries The time we are living in now is the worst time. Preaching to them and saying “We did this and that. This is good and that is right” is stupid. It fits neither mind nor logic. And it is not a good thought.
May Allah protect us. May Allah make our way steady. May we be on the way of our Holy Prophet Insha Allah. May we love all Muslims, Sahabah and Ahlu l-Bayt Insha Allah. Sahabah and Ahlu l-Bayt were all one. People nowadays think they were enemies, whereas all of them were relatives. They lived together. One’s sister married someone’s brother. Another one married their daughter. There was nothing as enmity.
Stupid people nowadays show it as if there was Fitnah and corruption among them. Ḥāshā! Ḥāshā! (far from it) If there was, there wouldn’t be Islam now. May Allah give mind and understanding to these people. Everyone should mind himself and his ego. They should improve themselves. And the best improvement is not to interfere with those holy ones and not to cast their opinions. They should not give their thoughts.
May Allah protect us.

THE VALUE OF TAHAJJUD Friday, 25 August 2023 / 9 Safar 1445 Fajr Prayer, Akbaba Dergah.

Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem: “Inna Nāshi’ata Al-Layli Hiya ‘AshadduWaţ`āan Wa ‘AqwamuQīlāan’’. (Qur’ān 73:06). “Verily, the rising by night (for Tahajjud prayer) is very hard and most potent and good for governing (the soul), and most suitable for (understanding) the Word (of Allah).’’SadaqaLlāhu l-‘Aẓīm.
Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla says the night is more difficult. It has more Thawab and is more powerful. Worship performed at night is much more superior than worship performed during the day. Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla says that because it is difficult for people to get up from their sleep.
Praying at least two Rakā’at by getting up for Tahajjud prayer before Fajr prayer is more virtuous than praying a thousand Rakā’at during the day. Therefore, it is more valuable. The more difficulty there is, the more favors and rewards Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla gives to people. He gives more Thawab, increases their Maqam and Barakah becomes more. Tahajjud is getting up after going to bed.
As it is difficult to get up for Tahajjud and Fajr prayer some people lead night life. There are two types of night life: one is on the way of Allah and the other one is on the way of shaytan. In the night life on the way of shaytan, they run around until before Tahajjud. They go to bed

right then and don’t get up. They don’t pray at all anyway. They miss the virtue of that time as they are together with shaytan.
Otherwise, believers go to bed on time and get up on time. And they are present at Fajr prayer. Whoever can, goes to mosque. Who cannot go, prays at home. But they surely must pray before the sun rises. And if they can pray at least two Rakā’at of Tahajjud before Fajr prayer, it is even better. They can pray more: 8, 10 or 12 Rakā’at. But if it is too difficult, praying at least two Rakā’at is a great profit and great benefit for them. It has a very high value.
People nowadays see the value only as physical interest. The real interest and benefit is the spiritual benefit. Allah is not granting this to everyone. Whoever is granted this is a profitable and lucky person. May Allah give this beauty to all of us. It is beneficial from all aspects. It has great benefit both physically and spiritually.
The virtue of the times of prayers is great too. From all aspects: in virtue, benefit, health and Barakah, it is a great profit. May Allah make it perpetual Insha Allah. Those who do it must make Shukr to Allah. Those who don’t do it should make effort to do so Insha Allah.
Shaytan doesn’t want it. Shaytan never wants any goodness for you. When shaytan says, “Lie down, you will get up later. You are tired”, people think he is doing goodness to them. Whereas shaytan says, “I don’t want you to be in profit”. He wishes all kinds of evil and badness to happen to you out of his envy and evil.
May Allah protect us from the evil of shaytan and the evil of the ego. May He give us strong Iman.

Auzu Billahi Minashaytanir Rajeem. Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem: “WaMakarū Wa MakaraAllāhu, WaAllāhu Khayru Al-Mākirīn’’(Qur’ān 03:54). “And the disbelievers planned, but Allah planned. And Allah is the best of planners.’‘ SadaqaLlāhu l-‘Aẓīm.
Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla is the one who knows everything. Some people think they are cheating Allah. Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla cannot be cheated. Cheated are the people. Those who make plots and tricks do them to themselves.Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla knows both the open and secret. Therefore, Muslims must be upon the straight path. They must not go awry but straight. They must not think they are cheating Allah. Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla cannot be cheated. Whoever thinks he has cheated Him is cheated himself.
Don’t go astray from the right way. The right way is the way beloved by Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla and our Holy Prophet. We should walk on his beloved way. We should not walk on ways disliked by him. The ways he dislikes are dangerous ways. They are useless ways. Those who think they cheat people and attain something cheat themselves. They harm themselves. They do things that are totally useless. There is nothing but loss in them.Therefore, Muslims must be clever. They must be in their senses. Plots and tricks are wrong. When are they right? When you

make them against the enemy. Because the enemy is getting ready to do all kinds of evil to you. If you tell them what you know and what you do, they have no shame and no humaneness, they will harm you. Our Holy Prophet sallaLlāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallamsaid:“War is deception.” Plots can be a tactic used in battlefield. But if you make plots and tricks against Muslims, that is not acceptable. Allah does not accept that “Inna kayda l-shayṭāni kana dha‘īfā’’. ”Indeed, the plot of Satan has ever been weak.’’(Qur’ān 04:76).
The plots of shaytan are weak. They will be destroyed and ruined. But as believers have no plots and tricks, their way is the beautiful way. Their way is the way of Allah. We must pay attention to that.
You cannot treat everyone equally. You must treat an enemy differently and treat a friend differently. The enemy wants to see your weak side to hit you from there. Don’t give him a chance. Don’t trust him. Don’t be cheated by what he says. And the biggest enemy is shaytan and our ego. Don’t be cheated by their plots. You make plots against them instead and ruin their plots Insha Allah.
“WaAllāhu Khayru Al-Mākirīn’’.“And Allah is the best of planners.’’ (Qur’ān 03:54). Makir means a plot. Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla is the one who ruins the plots and knows them the best. Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla says that Himself in Qur’an ‘Azimush-Shan.Therefore, Muslims must be alert. There are many groups who call themselves Muslims but their lives are full of lies. They think they are doing something. And who are cheated by them deserve that. Allah certainly knows the man from inside and outside. Therefore, may Allah protect us. May He protect us from plots and those who make plots. And may He keep them away from us.
May we not be cheated by our ego and shaytanInsha Allah.

Our Holy Prophet sallaLlāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam says:“Hope for goodness and you will have it.”
Think about good things. Think that good things will happen, and you will have them, says our Holy Prophet sallaLlāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam. People nowadays are pessimistic in thinking about what will happen. Many people are so. The beautiful word of our Holy Prophet says, “Think that good things will happen and they will”. If you think badly, it will be bad.
Believers trust in Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla. They know and must know that everything happening is good. The things that happen will be good Insha Allah. Even if they look as badness, they will be good. Therefore, you must see everything happening as goodness. There is one Qasidah -
“Mevla’mgörelimneyler, Neylersegüzeleyler”. “Let’s see what God does.Whatever He does He does it best.’’ Mawlana Shaykh Nazim used to say this beautiful saying a lot.
Everything is good for believers, says our Holy Prophet sallaLlāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam. Our Holy Prophet sallaLlāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam said, “I am amazed! Everything is good for believers”. Even if it looks bad, it

is good. And if it looks good, it is good too. The most important thing is to believe in Allah. As long as you believe, everything is good. Nothing goes in vain. Nothing harms you.
What harms is Kufr, faithlessness, going against Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla, seeing your own opinion as important and laughing at Islam and Muslims, at the book of Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla and at Prophets. That is the harm. That is Kufr. You may own everything you want, it has no benefit. It has no value.
Shukr to Allah we think that everything is good, with the permission of Allah. Some people are scared thinking, “Will we go to hell?” No, we won’t. We are on the way of Allah. With the permission of Allah, we will be in paradise. We think it will be good in our worldly matters and everything. Insha Allah we will all have that. May Allah help us.
It is something necessary as a motivation for people, because everything looks awful indeed in the time we are living in. But for believers, for Muslims, everything is good, everything is beautiful with the permission of Allah. May Allahmake His beauties perpetual.
May He strengthen our Iman more, and it will be much better Insha Allah.

Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem: “Inna An-Nafsa La‘Ammāratun BisSū’i ‘Illā Mā Raĥima Rabbī‘ Inna Rabbī Ghafūrun Raĥīm’’ (Qur’ān 12:53). “Verily, the (human) self is inclined to evil, except when my Lord bestows His Mercy (upon whom He wills). Verily, my Lord is OftForgiving, Most Merciful.’’
Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla says the ego has its levels. The first level is NafsulAmmara. What does Ammara mean? It means the one that orders. What is it ordering? It is ordering badness. All people have this. Ego doesn’t order goodness. Everyone has it, not just 99% but 999‰. Only 1 ‰ is not under the command of his ego. 999‰ are people under the command of their egos. What is it ordering? It is ordering all kinds of badness. Moreover, it is right in everything. Others are wrong. All faults, sins and flaws: it doesn’t have them but others do. It claims to be very clean. This is what the ego orders.
All the badness and troubles happening in this world are because of this. They are because of obeying the ego and not controlling the ego. Everything, all badness is because of the ego, because it orders badness and doesn’t order goodness. How can goodness come from a person who is ordered badness? It cannot.Therefore, there is training of the ego in Islam. And the ego has its levels. Next comes Nafsul-Lawwamah. It is

the second level where you tell your ego, “You are bad. What you say is not right. What you do is not right”. There are six or seven levels. Only Prophets reach the highest level. However, what’s important is to get rid of the first level. It is the lowest level. Don’t agree with everything it says. At least, say no to 1%. Do not follow it 100%. Step by step it will increase, and you will get rid of that rank. It is not a rank but a position. A rank is for being raised. People are raised higher then. People will join the beloved servants of Allah. They will be raised.
Otherwise, they do not think anything done is fitting for themselves. They find faults and flaws in others. Therefore, people don’t have any benefit. Many people sometimes say, “Tell me if I am mistaken”. If you tell them, they get upset. They become resentful and don’t like it. Many people say, “Tell me if I am mistaken” just to say it. Even if they don’t get upset when you tell them, they still go on with that [what they’re doing]. May Allah protect us from the evil of our egos and from the evil of shaytan.
May Allah give strength to our Iman Insha Allah.

BE WITH ALLAH TO WIN Tuesday, 29 August 2023 / 13 Safar 1445 Fajr Prayer, Akbaba Dergah.

Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem: “InnaLlāha ma‘alladhīna it-taqaw walladhīna hum muḥsinūn’’ “Indeed, Allah is with those who fear Him and those who are doers of good.’’ SadaqaLlāhu l-‘Aẓīm.(Qur’ān 16:128).
Allah is together with the believers and those who do good. Therefore, Mu’mins are lucky people. They have been given something that is not meant for everyone, given the best thing.
“WaLalddāru l-‘Ākhiratu Khayrun Lilladhīna Yattaqūn’’.”But the home of the Hereafter is best for those who are pious.’’ (Qur’ān 06:32).
Akhirah, the eternal life is the best life for these people. Also in the life of Dunya, everything is for their benefit. It is their luck.
Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla does whatever He wants. We must always make Shukr to Him. We must not grumble. The more of hardship it seems, the higher your rank increases and your Thawab increases. Don’t ruin that. Don’t grumble and complain. And don’t let the things you have gained go in vain.Things happen. You cannot do anything. You must make Shukr for them and praise Allah. When you praise Allah, He rewards you a hundred and a thousand times more based on the hardship of the test. Certainly, people, Mu’mins must do as much as they can. And then

they must rely on Allah. There is nothing else to do. Relying on Allah and asking for the pleasure of Allah is the duty of Mu’mins.
Mu’mins who do this are always [content]. That is why, “A-lā bidhikriLlāhi taṭmainnu l-qulūb”, “Verily, in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest.” (Qur’ān 13:28).
Dhikr means remembering Allah. Always remembering Him is the means of all goodness. Your heart is content, and the Thawab and rewards you earn are everlasting. You don’t waste them.Certainly, Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla made this world good for Mu’mins. Those who are not Mu’mins, those who don’t believe in Allah are always in hardship and distress. Whatever they do, it is useless. It has no value. They can build the whole world, it has no value at all in the sight of Allah unless they do it for the pleasure of Allah, unless they believe in Allah.
Therefore, Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla is together with the Mu’mins, those who believe. The biggest benefit is to be with Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla.Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla gives worldly benefit to people as a test. He gives both wealth and poverty. And both have value.
“WaSanajzī Ash-Shākirīn”,“And we will reward the grateful.” (Qur’ān 03:145).
Wealthy people who make Shukr and do charity: it is a test from Allah. He gave them wealth. So they shouldn’t waste it. Allah gave it to be beneficial for them and for others. Poverty is also from Allah ‘Azza waJalla. Who are patient with it attain their reward. What’s important is to be together with Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla, to fear from Allah and to be with Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla. Those are the ones who win.May Allah make us from them Insha Allah.

And after the resurrection, the same soul will be given back and will stay in the same body. It will be brought back to life from earth. It will be questioned. And then they will be together forever.
May Allah make our souls from those of paradise, because the soul will be questioned equally for the badness people do. And it will be punished. May Allah protect us. May Allah protect us and not separate us from Iman.
People nowadays think these things are simple. They say things as they like, “No, I accept this. I don’t accept that. I want this. I don’t want that”. This is not up to your pleasure. It is the order of Allah ‘Azza waJalla. He does as He likes. And He doesn’t do what He doesn’t like.
Yet, they say our souls enter animals and so on. Apart from that, even animals don’t like what people nowadays do. And they are so happy with their condition, they say “Fortunately, Allah didn’t create us as humans and we didn’t go on these silly ways.” Even they are happy with their states.
May Allah give guidance to people Insha Allah. And may He give us strong Iman.

Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla is saying to our Holy Prophet: ‘‘Law ‘Anfaqta MāFī l-‘Ardi Jamī`āan Mā‘Allafta Bayna Qulūbihim waLakinnaAllaha AllafaBaynahum’’. ‘‘If you had spent all that is in the earth, you could not have brought their hearts together; but Allah brought them together.”(Qur’ān 08:63). SadaqaLlāhu l-‘Aẓīm.
Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla put love between the Sahabah. He gave that love so that they support each other. He leaned their hearts towards each other, says Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla. This is something that cannot be obtained with money.
Building is difficult but destroying is easy. As it is the end of times now, a lot of Fitnah appears. As if people, Muslims have overcome everything and become perfect, they say regarding the events of old times “Why did it happen like this? Why did this one become Khalifa? Why did not that one become one? How is that?” This Fitnah of the end of times is everywhere. We hear this in all Muslim countries. They have brought this up.
Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla wanted that, so it happened. A person with Iman must know this. It is not your business. It is the will of Allah Had Allah not wanted it, it would not have happened. It is like this, in short. A

person who says he is Muslim or Mu’min must say so.No need to make Fitnah about old events. Muslims are messy and against each other enough. Muslims have become enemies to each other and a community that doesn’t love each other. In addition to this, they bring up these matters. These are useless matters, worthless matters. It is the will of Allah. Allah surely wanted it this way. Everything happens by the will of Allah. Nothing happens outside the will of Allah. Our Holy Prophet sallaLlāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam has said, “The best time is my time. Then, the time after my time. Then, the time after it.” This time is the century: 1st century and 2nd century. Afterwards, there is destruction. Therefore, things that happened in those centuries The time we are living in now is the worst time. Preaching to them and saying “We did this and that. This is good and that is right” is stupid. It fits neither mind nor logic. And it is not a good thought.
May Allah protect us. May Allah make our way steady. May we be on the way of our Holy Prophet Insha Allah. May we love all Muslims, Sahabah and Ahlu l-Bayt Insha Allah. Sahabah and Ahlu l-Bayt were all one. People nowadays think they were enemies, whereas all of them were relatives. They lived together. One’s sister married someone’s brother. Another one married their daughter. There was nothing as enmity.
Stupid people nowadays show it as if there was Fitnah and corruption among them. Ḥāshā! Ḥāshā! (far from it) If there was, there wouldn’t be Islam now. May Allah give mind and understanding to these people. Everyone should mind himself and his ego. They should improve themselves. And the best improvement is not to interfere with those holy ones and not to cast their opinions. They should not give their thoughts.
May Allah protect us.

THE VALUE OF TAHAJJUD Friday, 25 August 2023 / 9 Safar 1445 Fajr Prayer, Akbaba Dergah.

Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem: “Inna Nāshi’ata Al-Layli Hiya ‘AshadduWaţ`āan Wa ‘AqwamuQīlāan’’. (Qur’ān 73:06). “Verily, the rising by night (for Tahajjud prayer) is very hard and most potent and good for governing (the soul), and most suitable for (understanding) the Word (of Allah).’’SadaqaLlāhu l-‘Aẓīm.
Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla says the night is more difficult. It has more Thawab and is more powerful. Worship performed at night is much more superior than worship performed during the day. Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla says that because it is difficult for people to get up from their sleep.
Praying at least two Rakā’at by getting up for Tahajjud prayer before Fajr prayer is more virtuous than praying a thousand Rakā’at during the day. Therefore, it is more valuable. The more difficulty there is, the more favors and rewards Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla gives to people. He gives more Thawab, increases their Maqam and Barakah becomes more. Tahajjud is getting up after going to bed.
As it is difficult to get up for Tahajjud and Fajr prayer some people lead night life. There are two types of night life: one is on the way of Allah and the other one is on the way of shaytan. In the night life on the way of shaytan, they run around until before Tahajjud. They go to bed

right then and don’t get up. They don’t pray at all anyway. They miss the virtue of that time as they are together with shaytan.
Otherwise, believers go to bed on time and get up on time. And they are present at Fajr prayer. Whoever can, goes to mosque. Who cannot go, prays at home. But they surely must pray before the sun rises. And if they can pray at least two Rakā’at of Tahajjud before Fajr prayer, it is even better. They can pray more: 8, 10 or 12 Rakā’at. But if it is too difficult, praying at least two Rakā’at is a great profit and great benefit for them. It has a very high value.
People nowadays see the value only as physical interest. The real interest and benefit is the spiritual benefit. Allah is not granting this to everyone. Whoever is granted this is a profitable and lucky person. May Allah give this beauty to all of us. It is beneficial from all aspects. It has great benefit both physically and spiritually.
The virtue of the times of prayers is great too. From all aspects: in virtue, benefit, health and Barakah, it is a great profit. May Allah make it perpetual Insha Allah. Those who do it must make Shukr to Allah. Those who don’t do it should make effort to do so Insha Allah.
Shaytan doesn’t want it. Shaytan never wants any goodness for you. When shaytan says, “Lie down, you will get up later. You are tired”, people think he is doing goodness to them. Whereas shaytan says, “I don’t want you to be in profit”. He wishes all kinds of evil and badness to happen to you out of his envy and evil.
May Allah protect us from the evil of shaytan and the evil of the ego. May He give us strong Iman.

Auzu Billahi Minashaytanir Rajeem. Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem: “WaMakarū Wa MakaraAllāhu, WaAllāhu Khayru Al-Mākirīn’’(Qur’ān 03:54). “And the disbelievers planned, but Allah planned. And Allah is the best of planners.’‘ SadaqaLlāhu l-‘Aẓīm.
Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla is the one who knows everything. Some people think they are cheating Allah. Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla cannot be cheated. Cheated are the people. Those who make plots and tricks do them to themselves.Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla knows both the open and secret. Therefore, Muslims must be upon the straight path. They must not go awry but straight. They must not think they are cheating Allah. Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla cannot be cheated. Whoever thinks he has cheated Him is cheated himself.
Don’t go astray from the right way. The right way is the way beloved by Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla and our Holy Prophet. We should walk on his beloved way. We should not walk on ways disliked by him. The ways he dislikes are dangerous ways. They are useless ways. Those who think they cheat people and attain something cheat themselves. They harm themselves. They do things that are totally useless. There is nothing but loss in them.Therefore, Muslims must be clever. They must be in their senses. Plots and tricks are wrong. When are they right? When you

make them against the enemy. Because the enemy is getting ready to do all kinds of evil to you. If you tell them what you know and what you do, they have no shame and no humaneness, they will harm you. Our Holy Prophet sallaLlāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallamsaid:“War is deception.” Plots can be a tactic used in battlefield. But if you make plots and tricks against Muslims, that is not acceptable. Allah does not accept that “Inna kayda l-shayṭāni kana dha‘īfā’’. ”Indeed, the plot of Satan has ever been weak.’’(Qur’ān 04:76).
The plots of shaytan are weak. They will be destroyed and ruined. But as believers have no plots and tricks, their way is the beautiful way. Their way is the way of Allah. We must pay attention to that.
You cannot treat everyone equally. You must treat an enemy differently and treat a friend differently. The enemy wants to see your weak side to hit you from there. Don’t give him a chance. Don’t trust him. Don’t be cheated by what he says. And the biggest enemy is shaytan and our ego. Don’t be cheated by their plots. You make plots against them instead and ruin their plots Insha Allah.
“WaAllāhu Khayru Al-Mākirīn’’.“And Allah is the best of planners.’’ (Qur’ān 03:54). Makir means a plot. Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla is the one who ruins the plots and knows them the best. Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla says that Himself in Qur’an ‘Azimush-Shan.Therefore, Muslims must be alert. There are many groups who call themselves Muslims but their lives are full of lies. They think they are doing something. And who are cheated by them deserve that. Allah certainly knows the man from inside and outside. Therefore, may Allah protect us. May He protect us from plots and those who make plots. And may He keep them away from us.
May we not be cheated by our ego and shaytanInsha Allah.

Our Holy Prophet sallaLlāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam says:“Hope for goodness and you will have it.”
Think about good things. Think that good things will happen, and you will have them, says our Holy Prophet sallaLlāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam. People nowadays are pessimistic in thinking about what will happen. Many people are so. The beautiful word of our Holy Prophet says, “Think that good things will happen and they will”. If you think badly, it will be bad.
Believers trust in Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla. They know and must know that everything happening is good. The things that happen will be good Insha Allah. Even if they look as badness, they will be good. Therefore, you must see everything happening as goodness. There is one Qasidah -
“Mevla’mgörelimneyler, Neylersegüzeleyler”. “Let’s see what God does.Whatever He does He does it best.’’ Mawlana Shaykh Nazim used to say this beautiful saying a lot.
Everything is good for believers, says our Holy Prophet sallaLlāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam. Our Holy Prophet sallaLlāhu ‘alayhi wa-sallam said, “I am amazed! Everything is good for believers”. Even if it looks bad, it

is good. And if it looks good, it is good too. The most important thing is to believe in Allah. As long as you believe, everything is good. Nothing goes in vain. Nothing harms you.
What harms is Kufr, faithlessness, going against Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla, seeing your own opinion as important and laughing at Islam and Muslims, at the book of Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla and at Prophets. That is the harm. That is Kufr. You may own everything you want, it has no benefit. It has no value.
Shukr to Allah we think that everything is good, with the permission of Allah. Some people are scared thinking, “Will we go to hell?” No, we won’t. We are on the way of Allah. With the permission of Allah, we will be in paradise. We think it will be good in our worldly matters and everything. Insha Allah we will all have that. May Allah help us.
It is something necessary as a motivation for people, because everything looks awful indeed in the time we are living in. But for believers, for Muslims, everything is good, everything is beautiful with the permission of Allah. May Allahmake His beauties perpetual.
May He strengthen our Iman more, and it will be much better Insha Allah.

Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem: “Inna An-Nafsa La‘Ammāratun BisSū’i ‘Illā Mā Raĥima Rabbī‘ Inna Rabbī Ghafūrun Raĥīm’’ (Qur’ān 12:53). “Verily, the (human) self is inclined to evil, except when my Lord bestows His Mercy (upon whom He wills). Verily, my Lord is OftForgiving, Most Merciful.’’
Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla says the ego has its levels. The first level is NafsulAmmara. What does Ammara mean? It means the one that orders. What is it ordering? It is ordering badness. All people have this. Ego doesn’t order goodness. Everyone has it, not just 99% but 999‰. Only 1 ‰ is not under the command of his ego. 999‰ are people under the command of their egos. What is it ordering? It is ordering all kinds of badness. Moreover, it is right in everything. Others are wrong. All faults, sins and flaws: it doesn’t have them but others do. It claims to be very clean. This is what the ego orders.
All the badness and troubles happening in this world are because of this. They are because of obeying the ego and not controlling the ego. Everything, all badness is because of the ego, because it orders badness and doesn’t order goodness. How can goodness come from a person who is ordered badness? It cannot.Therefore, there is training of the ego in Islam. And the ego has its levels. Next comes Nafsul-Lawwamah. It is

the second level where you tell your ego, “You are bad. What you say is not right. What you do is not right”. There are six or seven levels. Only Prophets reach the highest level. However, what’s important is to get rid of the first level. It is the lowest level. Don’t agree with everything it says. At least, say no to 1%. Do not follow it 100%. Step by step it will increase, and you will get rid of that rank. It is not a rank but a position. A rank is for being raised. People are raised higher then. People will join the beloved servants of Allah. They will be raised.
Otherwise, they do not think anything done is fitting for themselves. They find faults and flaws in others. Therefore, people don’t have any benefit. Many people sometimes say, “Tell me if I am mistaken”. If you tell them, they get upset. They become resentful and don’t like it. Many people say, “Tell me if I am mistaken” just to say it. Even if they don’t get upset when you tell them, they still go on with that [what they’re doing]. May Allah protect us from the evil of our egos and from the evil of shaytan.
May Allah give strength to our Iman Insha Allah.

Bismillahir Rahmanir Raheem: “InnaLlāha ma‘alladhīna it-taqaw walladhīna hum muḥsinūn’’ “Indeed, Allah is with those who fear Him and those who are doers of good.’’ SadaqaLlāhu l-‘Aẓīm.(Qur’ān 16:128).
Allah is together with the believers and those who do good. Therefore, Mu’mins are lucky people. They have been given something that is not meant for everyone, given the best thing.
“WaLalddāru l-‘Ākhiratu Khayrun Lilladhīna Yattaqūn’’.”But the home of the Hereafter is best for those who are pious.’’ (Qur’ān 06:32).
Akhirah, the eternal life is the best life for these people. Also in the life of Dunya, everything is for their benefit. It is their luck.
Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla does whatever He wants. We must always make Shukr to Him. We must not grumble. The more of hardship it seems, the higher your rank increases and your Thawab increases. Don’t ruin that. Don’t grumble and complain. And don’t let the things you have gained go in vain.Things happen. You cannot do anything. You must make Shukr for them and praise Allah. When you praise Allah, He rewards you a hundred and a thousand times more based on the hardship of the test. Certainly, people, Mu’mins must do as much as they can. And then

they must rely on Allah. There is nothing else to do. Relying on Allah and asking for the pleasure of Allah is the duty of Mu’mins.
Mu’mins who do this are always [content]. That is why, “A-lā bidhikriLlāhi taṭmainnu l-qulūb”, “Verily, in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find rest.” (Qur’ān 13:28).
Dhikr means remembering Allah. Always remembering Him is the means of all goodness. Your heart is content, and the Thawab and rewards you earn are everlasting. You don’t waste them.Certainly, Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla made this world good for Mu’mins. Those who are not Mu’mins, those who don’t believe in Allah are always in hardship and distress. Whatever they do, it is useless. It has no value. They can build the whole world, it has no value at all in the sight of Allah unless they do it for the pleasure of Allah, unless they believe in Allah.
Therefore, Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla is together with the Mu’mins, those who believe. The biggest benefit is to be with Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla.Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla gives worldly benefit to people as a test. He gives both wealth and poverty. And both have value.
“WaSanajzī Ash-Shākirīn”,“And we will reward the grateful.” (Qur’ān 03:145).
Wealthy people who make Shukr and do charity: it is a test from Allah. He gave them wealth. So they shouldn’t waste it. Allah gave it to be beneficial for them and for others. Poverty is also from Allah ‘Azza waJalla. Who are patient with it attain their reward. What’s important is to be together with Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla, to fear from Allah and to be with Allah ‘Azza wa-Jalla. Those are the ones who win.May Allah make us from them Insha Allah.
